You can order online and your order should be shipped out in two or three business days. If purchased locally you can pick it up onsite. Our customers can order online if customers lives in st. Louis locally they can schedule a day and time to pick up their order. 

Currently pickup is only available during certain days in order to accommodate clients during crystal healing sessions. Currently their is only one individual doing all the work, which is Terika Green. Please do understand my apologies for any inconvenience. This is currently a small business that wants to grow and expand. Once finances start to roll in their will be a time where you can have more days to pick up your order and eventually Crystal Kingdom will be able to ship out as well.

1. Crystal Healing is very broad and vast, you can use them however you want to bring healing to your body, whether, physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually. You can place the crystals over your chakras to realign them and cleanse out your chakras. Or you can hold them in your non dominant hand to receive deliverance, or their added benefits to your body.. For example if you suffer from stress, in order to calm you down you may use an amethyst by placing it in your non dominant hand and you close your eyes and breathe in deep and receive the positive benefits of amethyst. And as you breathe out, you release any negative thoughts, distractions, doubt, unbelief,frustration,anger, etc.
2. Your body mimics the same vibrations of the crystal so if a person has a crystal that brings joy they will start to feel and become joy in there own unique way.

Right away but due to popular demand it may take up to two weeks possibly for the custom made jewelry to be made.So far this will be very rare. It will take 3 to 5 business days to receive orders.

Normally candles are made right away if not in stock and if they are custo.ized.but typically it can take 3 to 7 business days if in high demand.Then it should take  5 to 7 business days to receive  candle.

Currently there is no refunds. Once purchased it is a sealed deal.If you put a deposit or made an appointment for a crystal session and you have to reschedule at a later time that is fine.Your deposit will be credited to your account toward a future session.

The crystal healing jewelry does not guarantee its healing effects because each person is responsible for their own body and has to take proper care of their bodies.Everyone is different some people may receive huge healing effects while another person may receive little healing effects. For example a person might order a isolate necklace to dissolve fat , however, they also need to eat fruits and vegetables in order to loose weight because they contain fewer calories and is a healthier choice to partake of.Versus a person who eat fast food or greasy foods may not heal nor loose weight because they are eating fatty foods. Therefore they may not see as much weight loss.

Each and every person is different, some people feel heat, some may feel coldness, or vibrations.Some may even feel fire it just depends on the person.
